Our processing of personal information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number, will be undertaken consistent with the requirements of applicable privacy laws, including, but not limited to, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act of 2021, the Colorado Privacy Act of 2021, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act of 2022, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act of 2022, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“TDPSA”), the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (“OCPA”), and the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act of 2023 the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), and the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”).
