College Football Playoff signs six-year lease extension at The Summit at Las Colinas, Texas tenant roster
LOS ANGELES -- January 17, 2025--Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate, a vertically integrated real estate investment management firm specializing in Class A multi-tenant office, luxury residential properties and development, announced a lease extension agreement with CFP Administration, LLC, the entity that manages the College Football Playoff at The Summit at Las Colinas in Las Colinas, Texas.
College Football Playoff first selected The Summit at Las Colinas at the site for its headquarters in 2013 and more recently extended its lease for an additional six years.
CFP Administration, LLC, manages the administration operations of the College Football Playoff, the postseason event that determines the college football’s national champion. Members of the company are the 10 FBS conferences (American Athletic, Atlantic Coast, Big Ten, Big 12, Conference USA, Mid-American, Mountain West, Pac-12, Southeastern and Sun Belt) and the University of Notre Dame.
As part of its lease extension, College Football Playoff moved into expanded space last year to now occupy 11,230 square feet. The dedicated office, which accommodates approximately 30 employees, includes a reception lobby, multiple conference rooms, cubicle areas, executive and private guest offices and an open kitchen.

The Summit at Las Colinas, located at 545 E. John Carpenter Freeway in Irving, Texas, is a 19-story, 375,706 square foot office tower that was recently renovated. The Summit is
headquarters for multiple companies, including Nexstar, Highgate, and The American Athletic Conference, among others.
The Class A office tower features unobstructive panoramic views of downtown Dallas and the surrounding urban center. It is in the heart of Las Colinas, one of the nation’s premier master-planned communities, with DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) access to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport within walkable distance.
