LOS ANGELES, CA — Jan. 5, 2023-- Gemini Rosemont Development, a New York city-based division of Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate specializing in developing premier multi-family residential and office properties, announced today the completion of its 101 West 14th Street, a 13-story residential building in Chelsea, Manhattan.
Designed by ODA Architecture, the structure offers 44 condominium units designed by Whitehall Interiors.
