Tenzin Tsungmey

President, East Coast Region

Tenzin Tsungmey is President of the East Coast Region for Gemini Rosemont.

His responsibilities include overseeing multiple aspects of the growth and ongoing management of the East Coast region, including sourcing investment opportunities, asset and property management, analyzing market trends and providing recommendations to investors.

Prior to assuming responsibilities for the East Coast region, Mr. Tsungmey was President of the West Coast region where he oversaw Gemini Rosemont’s West Coast portfolio of Class A commercial office space valued at approximately $620 million. Under his direction, the West Coast portfolio was comprised of more than 1.2 million square feet in key tech centric markets, including Silicon Valley and San Diego, California, and Bellevue, Washington. He led the effort to acquire the Peninsula Life Science Center in Burlingame, California, in 2022.

Mr. Tsungmey earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and holds a Master’s degree from City University of New York.
